For investors and partners
One verified file per person. Every form a regulator asks about them.
Gaming licenses, board approvals, bank onboarding, tax status, residency. Each asks the same questions about a person, on a different form. Signata answers them once, from the person's own documents, with a source for every answer.
The model
Three layers, on the customer's own machine.
A library of official forms
Forms from 130+ gaming regulators and the authorities for finance, tax and migration, mapped field by field. Regulation turned into structure software can fill.
One file per person
Built from the person's own documents, every value cited to its page. The system of record for everything a regulator asks about them.
Agents that do the work
They read the documents, fill the forms, find conflicts and list what is missing, on hardware the customer controls. A person checks and signs.
On the customer's machine
Signata and its AI run on hardware the customer owns. Documents about people never go to a cloud AI service.
Use cases
One record. Every regulator that asks about the same person.
The questions repeat: addresses, jobs, companies, money, legal history. Signata answers them once, from the person's own documents, and fills each authority's own form.
Where this goes
Gaming licenses are the first market.
Gaming regulators ask for the hardest version of a person's history, again at every renewal and in every jurisdiction. The same record answers banks, insurers, tax authorities and migration agencies.

What a signature proves
We are precise about the limits.
A signature proves a Signata pack has not been altered since it was signed, and that each claim came from the source excerpt included with it.
It does not prove that a source document is genuine. Authenticity is established by the counsel who signs off, and, where they exist, by digitally signed sources such as registry extracts.
Signed Signata packs are in development. This is the standard they are being built to.
Partner program
Built with the people who actually file.
Developed on live disclosure work with a European gaming group and its regulatory counsel. A few places remain for operators, law firms and private banks.
What a partner gets
- Priority support for your jurisdictions and filing formats
- Direct influence on the record model
- A discounted first-year license, fixed in writing
- A named reference only with your written permission
What we ask
- Live disclosure work, not a sandbox
- Measurement of hours before and after
- One reference call once results are proven

A small number of places, on live disclosure work.
